Located in the Rider House is the Building Department and Coordinator Patty Jenkinson. She has lived in Salem Township for 23 years with her husband Dan and their two daughters. Patty has worked at the Salem Township offices for the past 16 years.

She comes to Salem with multiple years of inventory control experience. Patty coordinates all aspects of the building department by supervising the inspectors to ensure that all housing complies with our ordinances.

She is responsible for scheduling the time of  the building, electrical and mechanical inspectors.

Patty's motto in her office is: 

Customer service is not a department, it's an attitude!
